Information We Collect
When you request a quote or contact us, we collect the information you provide — such as your name, phone number, email address, service address, details about your home or facility, and any photos you upload.
How We Use It
We use your information only to respond to your request, prepare quotes, schedule and provide cleaning services, and communicate with you by text, phone or email. If you start our quote form but don't finish it, we may contact you to help complete your request.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business (for example, our website host and email provider), or when required by law.
Text Messages
If you check the text message box on our quote form, or text us first, we will text you about your quote request, scheduling, appointments and cleaning services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Checking the box is optional and is not required to get a quote. When you opt in, we keep the date and time, the page, your IP address and the wording you agreed to as a record of your consent.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
Cookies & Analytics
We count visits to this website with our own private statistics so we can see which pages are useful. We record the page you view, the site that linked you here, your general area (city and state, estimated from your internet connection), your device and browser type, and how far you get in the quote form. We do not use cookies or advertising trackers for this, we do not store your IP address, and we do not sell or share this information. Visit records are kept for up to about two years.
